Eligibility

The festival is open to vendors 18 years of age and older who:

·        Exhibit work of original concept and show excellence in craftsmanship, design and execution.

·        Exhibit furniture, glassware and other items of historical significance.

The Festival

The festival will take place on Saturday, April 17, 2010, and Sunday, April 18, 2010, rain or shine.  Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. both days.  Set-up hours are on Friday, April 16, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Most vehicles can drive on to the site for easy unloading.

The Festival venue is the historic downtown square of Adairsville.  Admission and parking are free and vendors enjoy separate parking.  Full-time security is provided.  Festival volunteers will be available during set-up and throughout the festival hours to assist you.  Vendor parking directions and other information will be provided in your check-in packet.

Exhibition Spaces

The festival is held outdoors and all spaces are 10' by 10'.  Vendors may reserve more than one space and be guaranteed of adjacent spaces.  Electricity is available at an additional fee.  There are a small number of indoor spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

Please bring your canopy weights as many booths are on concrete.  If you are in a grassy area, you may use stakes to secure your canopy.

Booth Fees

 10' by 10' Space:  Before March 15, 2010   $75.00
   After March 15, 2010                  $100.00
 Adjacent 10' by 10' spaces    $50.00 each
 Electricity (if required)    $15.00

Publicity

This event is being advertised throughout the Southeast via newspapers, trade publications, and radio.  It is also listed on festival websites and fliers circulated at the Scott’s Antique Show in Atlanta.  Look for our billboard on I-75 southbound at Delk Road on the outskirts of Atlanta.
